Rainbow Cashmere Pillow | Handmade from Recycled Cashmere

Something a little different from my sewing room!

This rainbow pillow is a brand-new design for Northern Smittens, and my first pillow made from recycled cashmere sweaters.

I love working with cashmere. It's incredibly soft, and combining different sweaters gives me so many beautiful colours to play with.

For this design, I've brought those colours together in a rainbow spreading out from a warm golden sun. Each piece is individually cut and sewn onto the background, creating a colourful design with all the wonderful softness of cashmere.

Because every pillow is made from recycled sweaters, the colours and textures will vary depending on the cashmere I'm working with. No two will be exactly alike.

It's a fun splash of colour for a couch, chair or anywhere that could use a bit of sunshine!

• Individually cut and sewn rainbow and sun design

• Soft, thick solid black fabric backing

• Zipper closure on the back

• Includes a wonderfully soft, squishy synthetic down pillow insert

• Spot clean gently by hand as needed
